Terms & Conditions

Welcome to UCOCEKO Lifestyle

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UCOCEKO Lifestyle website, online store, My UCOCEKO member portal and related services in South Africa. Please read them before registering, placing an order or using member services. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

Effective date: 8 October 2026. Trading name: UCOCEKO Lifestyle. Website: www.ucocekolifestyle.co.za. Customer enquiries: info@ucocekolifestyle.co.za.

Business disclosure: UCOCEKO Lifestyle is a trading name of Amatshutsha Enterprise (Pty) Ltd, company registration number K2024599270, with its physical address at 199 Victoria Street, Georgetown, Germiston, 1401, South Africa, telephone 060 597 9848. The company is not registered for VAT.

1. About our services

UCOCEKO Lifestyle markets household cleaning, hygiene, pet-care and related lifestyle products. Some features may also support registration, retail or wholesale purchasing, distributors, stockists, learning, referral activity and order management. Availability depends on the service and your account permissions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration, billing and delivery information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. UCOCEKO may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse or compliance, subject to applicable law and fair process.

3. Products, descriptions and safe use

We aim to describe products, sizes, prices and availability accurately. Packaging and photographic appearance may vary. Always follow the original product label, dosage, directions, handling precautions and storage instructions. Keep cleaning chemicals and pest-control products out of reach of children and animals as instructed. Do not mix substances unless the product instructions expressly permit this. Pet-care suitability and product performance are governed by the approved label and product documentation; website promotional imagery is not a substitute for instructions or warnings.

4. Prices, VAT and promotions

Prices appear in South African Rand (ZAR). Any applicable taxes, delivery fees and order total will be shown before you confirm payment. VAT treatment depends on UCOCEKO's actual registration status and applicable law. Different retail, distributor, wholesale or corporate prices may apply to eligible accounts. Promotions are subject to published dates, qualifying products and available stock. We will not retrospectively increase a confirmed order price without a lawful basis and your agreement.

5. Orders and acceptance

Before placing an order you can review and correct products, quantities, contact details and the selected delivery method. Submitting an order is a request to buy; an order reference confirms receipt, not necessarily payment or fulfilment acceptance. An order is confirmed for fulfilment once its applicable payment and stock checks are complete and UCOCEKO communicates acceptance. If goods are unavailable, we will contact you about substitution, delay or a refund as required by law.

6. Payment and verification

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Where PayFast or another authorised payment provider is enabled, payment is processed in accordance with that provider's secure checkout process. A redirect back to our website does not by itself establish successful payment: orders may remain pending until verified. Do not disclose banking passwords, card PINs or one-time passwords to UCOCEKO staff. If you suspect an unauthorised transaction, contact your payment provider and our support team promptly.

7. Shipping, delivery and fulfilment

Delivery is offered only to eligible service areas and for products accepted by the selected carrier. Methods, charges and estimated delivery timeframes will be disclosed before checkout completion when available. Estimates may depend on stock, address, courier coverage and parcel restrictions. You must supply a deliverable address and contact details. If delivery is delayed, lost or cannot be completed, contact us with the order number so we can investigate and offer remedies consistent with applicable law. Courier options displayed in marketing materials are not guaranteed to be operational at checkout.

8. Shop and pickup-point collection

Collection is available only if offered for your order and the selected location. A requested booking is not confirmed until a collection appointment or ready-for-collection message is issued. Bring your order reference and any reasonable pickup verification required. Collection locations, operating hours and eligibility will be communicated through the ordering process; please do not travel before confirmation.

9. Cancellation before and after dispatch

To request cancellation, email info@ucocekolifestyle.co.za with your order reference. We will confirm whether the order is being prepared, dispatched or delivered and explain the applicable cancellation process. Any cancellation charges must be lawful, reasonable and disclosed. Statutory cancellation and cooling-off rights remain unaffected. See our Cancellation Policy for further guidance.

10. Returns, defective goods and refunds

We respect consumers' rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable South African laws. Where the statutory implied warranty applies, goods that fail the required quality standards within six months of delivery may qualify for a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law. For qualifying defective goods, the customer's statutory remedy and return-cost rights take precedence over any voluntary store-policy restrictions. Other returns, including changes of mind, depend on any applicable statutory cooling-off right and our published policy. Contact support with your order number, description of the issue and relevant photographs where helpful. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Online cooling-off rights

Some electronic transactions qualify for a statutory cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, subject to the Act's exclusions and conditions. Direct-marketing transactions may also carry separate cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Act. We will assess requests according to the actual transaction and applicable law rather than apply one blanket rule to every order.

12. Membership, registration and approval

Where a paid registration or membership programme is offered, the applicable fee, benefits, obligations and eligibility requirements must be disclosed before payment. Payment does not guarantee admission to a distributor programme, approval of an application, employment, business success or earnings. Applicants may be asked to complete appropriate verification. Separate programme terms apply where presented and agreed.

13. Distributor, reseller and wholesale activity

Approved distributors and stockists must follow programme rules, product safety instructions, truthful marketing and fair customer practices. Commission eligibility, rank progression, wholesale pricing, returns and payouts depend on the approved written programme rules and actual transactions. UCOCEKO does not guarantee earnings. No person may claim to represent UCOCEKO or bind it to a contract without authorisation.

14. My UCOCEKO portal

The portal provides role-specific access to account information, orders, training and other tools. We may update features for security or service improvement. Access permissions are determined by verified account roles; viewing a feature does not confer authority to modify another customer's data or approve payments. Notify support if account information appears incorrect.

15. Intellectual property and acceptable use

UCOCEKO branding, website materials, photography, graphics and original content are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may use the website for lawful personal or authorised commercial purposes. You must not scrape protected account data, misuse images, impersonate users, attempt to circumvent access controls or disrupt the platform.

16. Personal information and POPIA

Personal information is processed for lawful purposes such as creating accounts, managing orders, delivering goods, support, fraud prevention and administering approved member services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Necessary order and security communications may be sent even where marketing is declined.

17. Website availability and third-party services

We work to keep the website accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Payment providers, carriers and other external services may have independent conditions. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and will not exclude liability or mandatory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Complaints and dispute resolution

For order, product, payment or account enquiries, email info@ucocekolifestyle.co.za and include your order number where relevant. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may approach the appropriate South African consumer-protection or dispute-resolution body, including the National Consumer Commission where applicable.

19. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms removes rights conferred by the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, POPIA or other applicable legislation, or limits liability in a way prohibited by law.

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as business services or laws change. Updated terms will show their effective date. Material contractual changes will be handled consistently with applicable law. Contact info@ucocekolifestyle.co.za for questions, an accessible copy or a complaint.
