Shipping & Delivery Policy

We believe shopping with UCOCEKO should be straightforward, transparent and supported. Here is how we assist customers in South Africa.

1. Where we deliver

UCOCEKO offers deliveries to eligible destinations within South Africa when a suitable delivery method is available at checkout. Availability depends on the delivery address, items ordered, courier coverage and parcel restrictions. If no service is available, contact support before payment.

2. Shipping charges

Available delivery methods and the applicable shipping amount are shown during checkout before you confirm the order. The amount may depend on delivery location, package weight and dimensions, order contents and service availability. We do not promise a single national flat rate unless checkout expressly provides one.

3. Order preparation and dispatch

We begin fulfilment according to stock availability and the confirmed payment or approved account payment arrangement. Order confirmation is not proof of dispatch. We will communicate when an order is dispatched and provide tracking details where the selected carrier supports them.

4. Estimated delivery dates

Delivery estimates, when provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival appointments, unless expressly agreed. Weather, peak demand, courier limitations and remote destinations can affect transit. We will inform you if we become aware of a significant delay.

5. Courier options

Only the courier, collection-point and shipping services currently displayed and enabled at checkout are available for that order. Courier names mentioned elsewhere in promotional content do not themselves guarantee a particular service.

6. Restricted and sensitive goods

Some liquids, concentrates, cleaning products, pest-control products and other items may be restricted by carriers. We may need to offer a different lawful fulfilment method or contact you if your selected service cannot accept the parcel. Products must be packed according to applicable transport and safety requirements.

7. Tracking and receipt

Where courier tracking is available, we will provide the tracking reference or secure tracking link. Please inspect the delivery promptly and contact support about an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order. Reporting promptly helps investigate the issue but does not remove statutory rights.

8. Unsuccessful delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the supplied address is inaccurate or no recipient is available, we will explain the options for a further attempt, collection or other lawful resolution. Any additional charges will be communicated where permitted.

9. Shop collection

Shop collection is available only at participating locations and when offered during checkout. Where booking is supported, choose an available slot; otherwise await a ready-for-collection notice. Bring the order reference and any verification requested in the collection instructions.

10. Delivery problems and statutory protection

If goods are not supplied within an agreed delivery period, customers retain the remedies available under South African consumer law, including the ECT Act and Consumer Protection Act where applicable. Contact info@ucocekolifestyle.co.za with your order number for assistance.

These policies are subject to applicable South African consumer rights. Where a law grants greater protection, the law prevails.
